We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We offer a 15 day return from the day your order is shipped, accompanied by an original receipt.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than TungstenRepublic.com cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.
In case of returns purchaed by a gift certificate / Store Credit, we will provide you a new code of gift certificate / Store Credit.
Please note that we only accept returns using a first-class mail (i.e normal air mail) international within United States, and with a relevant mailing class in other countries.
Marking an return or exchange with TungstenRepublic is easy. Simply make sure each return or exchange requires a RAM ( Returns mechandise authorization) number.
